It is a voucher with a preloaded value that you can use to purchase tickets or additional services on avianca.com.

Your avianca credits does not require activation. Once delivered, it will be ready to use.

If you forget or lose the email, you won’t be able to use your voucher.

You can only combine it with a credit card, and is not valid for payment methods like PSE.

avianca credits received as discount vouchers are non-refundable and are single-use cards.

• The latest date to begin travel is July 31, 2026.

• Not valid for ticket purchases on domestic routes within Colombia or Ecuador.

• Refund conditions, change penalties, and other attributes apply according to the terms of the selected fare.

• In the case of a ticket refund, only the amount directly paid by the customer will be refunded. The voucher is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• avianca credits received as a gift are non-refundable in cash and are for one-time use only.

• Fares are subject to change without prior notice.

• This applies to flights operated by any of the following airlines: Aerovías del Continente Americano S.A. Avianca, Taca International Airlines S.A., Aviateca, Regional Express S.A.S., Avianca Ecuador S.A., and/or Avianca Costa Rica S.A.

• The validity of avianca credits will be specified on the issued voucher.

• The holder of the avianca credits must be one of the passengers in the booking to redeem them.

• avianca credits are personal and non-transferable, and can be redeemed on the payment page of avianca.com by selecting the "I want to pay with avianca credits" option.

• If the PIN or the number of the avianca credits is blocked or lost, it cannot be redeemed.

• avianca credits can be used to pay for purchases, including the fare, taxes, and additional services, and can only be combined with a credit card.

• Payment cannot be made by combining avianca credits with a debit card or PSE. avianca credits are ready to use and do not require activation.

• The custody and use are the sole responsibility of the holder.

• Promotional vouchers are a discount on the sale.
